• SaaS Platforms
• Enterprise Applications
• Training and Educational Solutions

Specific services may be governed by separate agreements, proposals, statements of work, or contracts.

2. Use of Services

Users agree to:

3. Intellectual Property

Users warrant they possess the necessary rights to provide such content.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during business engagements.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except as required by law or agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and invoicing terms shall be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, purchase order, or agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services where permitted by contract.

7. Third-Party Services

FIX Solutions is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services outside our control.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable services, FIX Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may affect accessibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FIX Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim unless otherwise required by law.

10. Warranties Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

FIX Solutions disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services when:
